  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, pruning, and mulching
  • Operate equipment, such as lawn mowers and trimmers, safely and efficiently
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with management and other team members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license (not necessary for non-experienced individuals)
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Good attitude, willingness to be coached, and ability to work in a team environment
