Labor and Delivery Nurse Specialist

As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you are responsible for providing high-quality care and support for women during labor and childbirth. You'll monitor mother and baby before, during, and after birth and assist throughout the process, including during delivery. L&D RNs use their specialized training and knowledge to help ensure the safety of patients both large and small.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and support to patients during labor and childbirth
- Monitor mother and baby before, during, and after birth
- Assist with deliveries and provide postpartum care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and well-being
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years recent experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
- Active license or accreditation in one of the 50 US states
- Additional requirements and certifications as requested by the facility/unit
- An enthusiastic and adventurous spirit with a desire to help
