Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Labor and Delivery nurse
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
