Job Overview

**Job Summary:**

CPP Industries is seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Carson City, Nevada. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient organization, relocation, and rental preparation of various industrial equipment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move equipment and supplies within the Yard and Warehouse.
  • Perform general labor duties, including equipment maintenance, truck loading/unloading, and general warehouse tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of equipment for rental, including cleaning, inspecting, and organizing.
  • Collaborate with the Yard and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in forklift operation and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction, Yard labor, warehousing, or similar fields, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience.
  • Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced equipment rental environment.
  • Reliability, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
  • Physical ability to safely lift and maneuver objects weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to travel to Carson City, Nevada, as needed.
