Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Guitar Specialist and Instrument Maintenance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, and maintaining store-owned gear.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high-quality craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to learn quickly and take initiative
