**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, including guitars, basses, amplifiers, and other electronic equipment*
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice and recommendations to drive sales growth*
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and support*
* Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services*
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures*
**Requirements:**
* Skilled understanding of repairing guitars and other musical instruments*
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues*
