Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in vascular access to join our team at Atrium Health Charlotte.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time, night shift position that requires the candidate to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in placing vascular access devices, including PICC lines, and possess strong assessment and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  1. Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation, analyzing the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
  2. Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation, developing a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.
  3. Implements the identified plan, coordinating care delivery, and employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
  4. Evaluates progress toward attainment of goals and outcomes, practicing in a manner that is congruent with cultural diversity and inclusion principles.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing, preferably with a BSN.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification and a valid RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside.

  • An estimated salary of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
