Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that online orders are accurately filled and dispatched in a timely manner.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, as well as consulting with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently
  • Locate and prepare merchandise for packaging
  • Packaging merchandise according to company standards
  • Consult with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet productivity goals

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $14 - $21 per hour, depending on location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
