Health Screener, Full-Time, Evening Shift

We are seeking a skilled Health Screener to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Health Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes using company-approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to provide exceptional support to our donors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

The starting hourly wage reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
