Forks Community Hospital is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide routine primary health care for patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics. You will possess knowledge of patient care modalities and be able to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
We offer flexible scheduling and grant time off requests whenever possible, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful outdoors and participate in activities such as fishing, camping, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, and surfing.
Qualifications:- Current Washington State Physician and Surgeon's License
