Civil Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at LVI Associates. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination of site design, roadway design, grading and drainage systems, and stormwater pollution prevention plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and feasibility studies, geometric design schematics, construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates for development projects
  • Develop project proposals, scopes, and budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE License in California (or intent to receive within 6 months)
  • 5+ years of total experience post-graduation with a civil consultancy
  • 4+ years of relevant design experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
