Compensation: Collective Measures is seeking a full-time Media Supervisor to spearhead the Brand Media division. This position is pivotal in directing the strategy and execution of all brand media initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the implementation of media strategies, including budget management, scheduling, contracts, and associated documentation.
- Mentor and support media planners and managers in brand media strategy and execution across diverse channels (e.g., video, audio, display, out-of-home, print).
- Define performance indicators for brand team members.
- Articulate brand media strategies and the capabilities of Collective Measures to clients, prospects, and internal teams.
- Maintain a high level of expertise and serve as a respected authority in all brand media channels and strategies.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives through the creation of blog content and participation in industry conferences.
- Engage in new business development projects and presentations.
- Assist in the reconciliation of media billing as necessary.
- Participate in vendor meetings to assess new services and sustain relationships with sales representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in crafting digital and traditional marketing strategies across various media platforms.
- At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
- A comprehensive skill set in media, marketing, and leadership.
- Proven expertise in executing brand media campaigns.
- Strong focus on measurement and analytics.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Client-centric mindset.
- Skilled in delivering professional presentations (written, visual, and verbal).
- Experience in display marketing is preferred.
- Agency experience is a plus.
PHYSICAL AND COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in the English language.
- Able to sit for extended periods.
- Proficient in using a keyboard and telephone.
