Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at One Medical Seniors. As a Senior Health Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adults on Medicare and those who require more attention. You will work closely with our Medical Directors to develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to adults on Medicare and those who require more attention
- Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
- Work closely with our Medical Directors to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Collaborate with our care team to provide seamless, coordinated care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care
- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Current licensure in the state of Arizona
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
