Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Effectively manage and motivate the maintenance crew to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Unit Preparation: Ensure all units are thoroughly prepared to meet the highest standards of quality and readiness for move-in.
- Community Maintenance: Perform various maintenance duties to maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community.
- Resident Support: Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests and issues, providing timely resolutions and excellent customer service.
- Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate and detailed activity logs to track maintenance activities and concerns.
- Reporting: Regularly report any maintenance concerns or issues to the Property Manager, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance, with a proven track record of success.
- Supervisory Experience: 1+ year of supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
- Hands-on Ability: Must be able and willing to work hands-on alongside the maintenance crew, demonstrating a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- On-call Responsibilities: Assist with on-call responsibilities, providing 24/7 support to the maintenance team and residents.
- Certifications: HVAC certification is a must, with a strong understanding of maintenance procedures and protocols.
