Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at UCHealth (Colorado) in Denver, Colorado.
About the RoleThis is a PRN, 0.0 FTE position in the UIS Cherry Creek Ultrasound department. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, performing various ultrasound procedures, and contributing to a safe and quality environment at the point of care.
Responsibilities- Registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Vascular Technologist (RVT), or Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or certified in Sonography (S) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Provides top-of-scope practice in direct patient care to provide various ultrasound procedures.
- Contributes to a safe and quality environment at the point of care.
- Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist program or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
