We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser/Runner to join our team at The Las Olas Company / Riverside Hotel. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests by maintaining a clean and polished appearance, adhering to our service standards, and ensuring all necessary items are available for daily operation.
  • Supply assigned stations with all necessary items, serve beverages, and clear extra place settings at tables.
  • Assist wait staff as needed and complete all closing side work properly.
  • Reset all dirty tables within three minutes of guest departure and deliver Room Service orders according to Minimum Standard requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

  • Stand for long periods, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
  • Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently.
  • Have specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
