Steakhouse Busser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steakhouse Busser to join our team at Seminole Gaming. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dining rooms for use, clean and set tables, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Clear and reset tables according to procedures, and ensure that all areas are clean and tidy.
• Adhere to health and sanitation guidelines at all times, and promote positive guest/employee relations.
• Perform other assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude in a busy and dynamic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.

Working Environment:

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. You may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke and excessive noise.
