Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Showroom Assistant to join our team at Fourth Floor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our showroom and office operations, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and providing exceptional support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showroom Management:
    • Oversee the organization and maintenance of our showroom's samples and fabric swatches
    • Prepare and produce fabric swatches for clients
  • Office Management:
    • Manage the filing and organization of our office
  • Communication:
    • Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams
  • Routing and Logistics:
    • Coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients
  • Administration:
    • Assist with light travel coordination and miscellaneous administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Shipping and Packaging:
    • Assist with the shipping and packaging of samples to sales representatives and clients
  • E-Commerce Assistance:
    • Support our sales team with sales tracking and management on our e-commerce platform

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the fashion industry a plus
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms a plus

Pay Rate: $23-$26 per hour
