DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Woodshop Production Associate/Wood Fabricator to join our team in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Candidates with experience in construction, fabrication, carpentry, or mechanical work are encouraged to consider this opportunity.


Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the setup of projects and executing work plans efficiently.
Exhibiting a strong attention to detail and the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
Utilizing layout plans to ensure accuracy in drawings and measurements.
Communicating effectively regarding any issues that may affect project timelines.
Performing carpentry and woodworking tasks with precision and care.
Demonstrating a willingness to learn and safely operate power tools such as table saws, routers, and staplers.
Participating in inventory management and cycle counts.

Qualifications:
Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with forklifts is a plus.
Basic math and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Background in construction, electrical work, fabrication, carpentry, or mechanical roles is advantageous.
