Individuals with experience in construction labor, fabrication, carpentry, and mechanical work are often successful in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in project setup and implement work plans.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and adapt as necessary to fulfill requirements.
• Utilize layout plans and ensure the precision of drawings and measurements.
• Communicate effectively regarding any issues that may affect the project.
• Execute carpentry and woodworking tasks with precision and care.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn the operation of power tools such as table saws, routers, and staplers, while ensuring safety in the work environment.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory management.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong math and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Background in construction labor, electrical work, fabrication, carpentry, and mechanical experiences is advantageous.
