Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automated Systems Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automated systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in industrial automation and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot automated systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
- Improve system efficiency and performance through process improvements and modifications.
- Fabricate and machine components as needed for repairs and maintenance projects.
- Program, troubleshoot, and modify programmable logic controllers, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Document work performed through written or electronic methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of PLC programming, robotics, and automation control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
