About the Role

Princeton University is seeking a skilled Maintenance Infrastructure Team Lead to join our Facilities Operations team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee the maintenance and repair of Princeton University's vast infrastructure, including underground utilities and campus mobility systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in ensuring the reliable operation of underground utility and campus mobility infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on a wide range of campus building systems and equipment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, architecture, or construction management, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of leadership/management experience in a large commercial, industrial, or institutional environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of underground utility systems, including steam, condensate return, chilled water, hot water, geo-exchange, electrical, information technology infrastructure, water lines, sanitary sewers, and storm sewers.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior related experience in a higher education setting.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer.
  • Experience managing in a union environment.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
