Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Per Diem Radiology Technician to join our team at NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and putting away inventory in our warehouse, clean room, and Low Unit of Measure (LUM) room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and put away inventory in a timely and accurate manner
  • Complete Materials Stock Requests (MSR) and Credits as necessary
  • Fulfill orders from inventory, pick, pack, and deliver inventory items to hospital loading dock and offsite locations
  • Pack and prepare items for return shipping direct to vendor
  • Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner and with a focus on quality
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current and valid NYS Drivers License
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time and lift heavy materials
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of previous warehouse, materials, or inventory experience
  • Healthcare Supply Chain experience
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Inventory Management System
