Day Program Coordinator

Sevita Health is seeking a dedicated Day Program Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our day program. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that individuals receive the support and resources they need to thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Oversee, monitor, and coordinate all aspects of the day program, including scheduling activities, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with state and private certification standards.
  • Individual Support: Work closely with individuals served, their families, and team members to develop and implement personalized support plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to day program staff, including performance evaluations, training, and conflict resolution.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and secure environment for all individuals served, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Management: Manage the day program budget, track expenses, and submit financial reports as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in Human Services field
