Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and support to our patients with end-stage renal disease. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Perform technician duties, including setting up hemodialysis machines and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field and make a difference in the lives of others
