Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing completion of content, proposals, and paperwork flow throughout the field and Home Office.

Requirements:

  • Ability to successfully complete the Trainee Program.
  • Passing and applying for appropriate insurance licenses.
  • Possessing self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 50% of the work period.
  • Promotion of a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
