We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at GPS Hospitality. As a Shift Team Lead, you will be responsible for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that your team provides exceptional customer service and maintains a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Train and coach your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Utilize GPS Hospitality's systems and processes to run a successful restaurant every shift, every day.
  • Set an example by maintaining a high level of proficiency in restaurant operations and providing coaching and feedback to your team.

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and follow and enforce all cash policies.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting.
