Role Summary and Requirements

To foster healing, hospitals must maintain a clean and infection-free environment. The Environmental Services team plays a crucial role in this mission. This position involves more than just cleaning; it is essential for infection control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within the Environmental Services team to ensure cleanliness in patient areas and throughout the facility.
  • Deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors.
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic, low-pressure environment.
  • Independently manage a variety of tasks requiring mobility and the ability to handle equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience is necessary, though preference will be given to candidates with cleaning experience in healthcare settings.
  • Ability to operate all necessary cleaning equipment.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following both oral and written instructions.
