We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Administrator to join our team at eatOS POS Inc. as a key member of our Marketing, Sales, and Web Team. As a HubSpot Administrator, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our CRM/Marketing/Web Management/Support Automation System and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- HubSpot Management: Manage the HubSpot-based website and web templates, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Support and Consultation: Provide consultative support to team members on HubSpot-related questions, leveraging your technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain timely and accurate HubSpot reporting for the Sales and Marketing Teams, driving data-driven decision-making.
- Database Management: Maintain an internal client database in HubSpot, categorizing clients by industry and ensuring data accuracy.
- Automation and Workflows: Build and manage workflows for automation, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
- Content Creation: Develop support and FAQ pages, marketing campaigns, and reports, showcasing your creative and analytical skills.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee and support new business and repeat business pipelines within HubSpot, ensuring seamless data migration and cleansing.
- Data Integrity: Handle data in HubSpot Dashboards, developing reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality and integrity.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the lead contact for external vendors related to data and/or data enrichment within HubSpot.
- Operational Support: Provide lead support for other operational functions of HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration with internal teams.
- Analytics and Reporting: Develop insightful HubSpot Dashboards and reports, leveraging outstanding analytics and reporting skills.
- Win/Loss Reporting: Maintain win/loss reporting, including categorization in HubSpot.
- Property Management: Oversee the creation and management of HubSpot properties on Contact, Company, and Deal records.
- System Updates: Maintain ongoing communications with HubSpot support, staying current on the latest innovations and product releases.
- User Access and Permissions: Work with account teams to ensure data integrity within the HubSpot environment, including user access and permissions.
- Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales support, sales analytics, and HubSpot sales platform.
- Technical Skills: Fluency in Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in managing analytically rigorous initiatives.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, analytical skills, creative thinking, active listening, and ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent education is a plus.
- Start-up Experience: Experience working in a start-up environment is highly valued.
