Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshoot equipment failures
    • Repair and maintain equipment, including bearings, gears, power transmission, and other mechanical components
    • Install and relocate new and existing equipment
  • Parts and Inventory Management
    • Manage parts and hardware inventory, including ordering and replenishment
    • Maintain accurate records of production, repair, and maintenance activities
  • Calibration and Quality Control
    • Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and precision
    • Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Housekeeping and Safety
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Associate degree in mechanical technology or related field preferred
    • At least 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Knowledge of corrugated, converting machines, and ancillary equipment
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
