Electronic Security Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in supporting a government program focused on electronic security, specifically burglar panel and CCTV camera installation, service, and maintenance for 445 sites nationwide. This project involves working with Bosch systems for burglar panels and Axis cameras.

This role will be responsible for full life cycle project management, including project planning, coordination of field technicians, daily status reports, close-out packages, and invoices. Additionally, you will manage the service aspect of the program, communicating with customers and technicians about necessary service fixes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Coordinate with field technicians for install/service projects, submitting daily reports on project status
  • Prepare close-out packages and invoices for completed projects
  • Support service piece of the program, communicating with customers and technicians as needed

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in the electronic security industry, with a focus on project management
  • Bosch burglar alarm experience, including intrusion detection
  • Leadership experience in project management, with a proven track record of success
  • Familiarity with Bosch RPS (Remote Programming Software)
  • CCTV experience with Axis cameras
  • Experience with access control, burglar alarms, and CCTV systems
  • Strong estimating skills, with ability to create detailed estimates
  • Proficiency in Excel and other project management tools

Education and Background:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Clean background check; may require Senate background check for badging

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
