About the Job
Kaizen, a global leader in innovative solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our anticipated USAID Managing Market Access and Innovative Finance (MMAIF) activity. As a key member of our team, you will provide management oversight and serve as the primary point of contact with USAID on day-to-day implementation and management matters.

**Job Description:**
The Project Director will be responsible for maintaining close coordination with USAID, managing the selection of sub-recipients, and ensuring the provision of timely, relevant, and high-quality services. You will collaborate with project partners, USAID missions, Global Health offices, and other USAID operating units to achieve program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide management oversight of the MMAIF activity and serve as the primary point of contact with USAID.
  • Maintain close coordination with USAID and manage the selection of sub-recipients.
  • Ensure the provision of timely, relevant, and high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with project partners, USAID missions, Global Health offices, and other USAID operating units.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have at least ten years of demonstrated relevant experience within an international development context. You should also possess a minimum of five years of senior-level leadership experience and be authorized to work in the United States. A Master's degree in public health, health policy, management, international development, or business administration is required. Fluency in English oral and written communication is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
