About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Hallmark US Springboard. This position involves showcasing your organizational and time management skills while interacting with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels. You will also support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations as needed. Strong communication skills, physical stamina, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will work independently, utilizing their mobile device to monitor inventory, provide feedback, and answer surveys. They will interact professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers, ensuring a positive shopper experience. Occasionally, you may be asked to service another vendor's product in a store assigned to you, but detailed instructions and additional budgeted time will be provided.

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling during the work week, with weekly hours ranging from 10 - 12 hours per week. A starting pay between $13.50 - $14.50 per hour is offered, depending on shift and location. The estimated salary for this role in Martinsburg, WV is around $16,000 - $18,200 per year.
