Job Title: Oiler/Rigger/Driver

At M-L Holdings Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Oiler/Rigger/Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting the Crane Operator in the maintenance and assembly of our cranes, as well as rigging and driving as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Crane Operator in daily inspections and report any issues.
  • Perform maintenance tasks as required, including lubrication and fluid checks.
  • Assist with the movement of the crane and ensure it is in a clean and safe condition.
  • Follow all company policies and guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Class A CDL
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and fit for duty test
  • Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
Working Conditions:

The Oiler/Rigger/Driver may be required to work in extreme temperatures, fumes, or airborne particles. The noise level in the workplace is moderate.

Physical Requirements:

The employee must be able to climb, stand, and lift up to 75 pounds. Additionally, they must have the ability to kneel, stoop, reach, and to push and pull.
