Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Mechanic III to join our team at Yulista. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining airframes, powerplants, prop rotors, ECS, fuels, and associated components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preflight, post-flight, and phase inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness
  • Inspect and maintain various systems, fuel, flight controls, prop rotor, utility, and power plants
  • Perform heavy maintenance tasks, including engine, PRGB, Hub removal and replacement
  • Conduct acceptance inspections of critical flight control components and aircraft acceptance and transfer inspections
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of CV-22 aircraft
  • Troubleshoot complex system and sub-system issues
  • Complete O&I-level aircraft modifications and time compliance technical orders
  • Provide on-the-job training and documentation of training for active-duty maintenance technicians
  • Perform flight line driving and towing of aircraft and equipment
Requirements
  • Seven years of continuous aircraft maintenance background/experience in an Aircraft Mechanical specialty
  • Seven years of CV-22 experience
  • Prior APU and Blade Fold Wing Stow qualification
  • Aircraft Tow qualified
  • Refuel/Defuel qualified
  • Experience with tugs, forklifts, and cranes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of seven years of continuous aircraft maintenance in an aircraft mechanical specialty
  • Prior CV-22 Air Force 7 level or Red X qualified, or prior USMC CDI qualification
  • Seven years of CV or V-22 experience or one year of documented recent experience on the CV or V-22
