Key Responsibilities
  • Develop lending growth strategies that serve customer needs while minimizing credit losses
  • Partner with product, marketing, operations, technologies, finance, and other functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Provide strategic guidance on risk information system implementation and enhancements
  • Lead data analysis and transformation using Big Data technologies, including Pig, Hive, and R
  • Develop and implement linear regression models, logistic regression models, and advanced machine learning models
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance, Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years of risk management and risk analysis experience
  • Experience with credit risk data from credit bureaus and internal credit sources
  • Proficiency in Base SAS, SAS Enterprise Guide, SPSS, SQL, and Teradata
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
