Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to join our Functions Technology team. This is a highly visible and impactful position that will play a key role in our multi-year agile transformation journey. The successful candidate will work closely with our agile delivery teams and existing Agile Coaches to build scalable processes for agile product delivery, coach teams to enable continuous improvement, and provide transparency to stakeholders on agile transformation risks and progress.
Key Responsibilities- Guide agile teams and programs through our multi-year agile transformation
- Partner with stakeholders, existing Agile Coaches, and functional leaders to define and execute strategies for adopting agile ways of working
- Perform hands-on coaching activities, including advising leaders on how to organize and launch agile teams, influencing process execution, and driving continuous process improvement strategies
- Report on patterns and anti-patterns in intra-team agile dynamics, identify opportunities for team growth, and establish feedback loops to enable trust, psychological safety, transparency, and customer feedback
- Design and lead workshops on Lean-Agile values, principles, and practices, and collaborate with client organizations to adopt sustainable Lean-Agile capabilities and processes
- 10+ years of experience working in an agile culture with deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile frameworks
- 7+ years of experience working in an agile environment as a coach, Product Owner, or Scrum Master
- Demonstrated experience coaching at least 2 agile teams concurrently through a multi-year agile transformation
- Experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaling frameworks, and deep understanding of agile values and principles
- Demonstrated experience facilitating collaborative sessions, managing customer expectations, and ensuring work is aligned with enterprise goals and objectives
- Understanding of technical enablers of agile delivery and how they operate within an agile organization
- Expertise with agile tool suites, including Atlassian, Agility Health Radar, MS Teams, or similar agile management tooling
- Passion for learning new technologies and a desire for personal growth through self-study, formal classes, or on-the-job training
- Active leadership in the agile community
Citi offers a competitive salary range of $144,000 to $216,720.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs. We also offer paid time off packages, including planned time off (vacation), unplanned time off (sick leave), and paid holidays.
