Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Watertown Harmony Hill. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our patients, residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including baked goods, entrees, and side dishes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work effectively with our culinary team to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Provide excellent customer service to our patients, residents, staff, and visitors
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of six months of applicable experience in food preparation and service
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
- Basic math skills and ability to measure ingredients accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
