Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Watertown Harmony Hill. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our patients, residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including baked goods, entrees, and desserts, using standardized recipes and following food safety guidelines.
- Portion and serve food in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to our strict sanitation and safety protocols.
- Work effectively with our culinary team to ensure seamless food service operations.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our menu offerings, ingredients, and nutritional information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of six months of applicable experience in food preparation and service.
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately measure ingredients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
