Branch Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise, and maintaining compliance with all state and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and monitor the various departments within the agency to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and regulatory bodies, as well as Patriot Homecare policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Review and maintain job descriptions for all employees at least annually.
  • Manage and review personnel files for office employees and Direct Care Workers.
  • Analyze and identify trends using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet weekly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Review assessment reports for all departments and implement opportunities for process improvements.
  • Review authorized and unauthorized hours reports, as well as bi-weekly payday reports.
  • Review Enterprise Incident Management reports and incidents from the prior week.
  • Verify billable hours and review payroll escalations.
  • Review weekly Patient/Caregiver Lead reports and marketing events.
  • Ensure compliance with Direct Care Worker annual education and Tuberculosis (TB) screenings.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures regarding consumer rights and responsibilities.
  • Assist with filing appeals for decreases in patient hours.
  • Maintain and update consumer records as mandated by state regulations.
  • Report major and adverse events within timeframes as mandated by state and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive emergency management plan consistent with national standards and local/state plans.
  • Establish and implement an infection prevention and control program based on nationally recognized guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date assessments team plans of care for patients.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources for hiring internal positions.
  • Routinely meet with office employees to promote a culture of talent development, retention, and accountability.

  • Two years of healthcare supervisory experience.
