Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide training and support for interns, business co-workers, and families to ensure success during the internship rotations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support for interns to acquire competitive and marketable skills, including systematic instruction, building natural supports, and developing accommodations.
  • Communicate effectively with Project SEARCH Instructor, skills trainers, internship managers/mentors, co-workers, family members, and school and agency personnel.
  • Perform task analysis to help interns learn and perform tasks to a productive and quality level.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED and two years of related work experience working with students or adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities in a school-to-work transition or vocational capacity.
