Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Expro Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of supplier-manufactured equipment and components, as well as associated quality records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough inspections of new manufactured, repaired, and modified equipment and components, including visual, dimensional, and gauging checks.
* Identify and report non-conformities, and raise Non-Conformance Reports as necessary.
* Work in accordance with Goods Inwards Quality Procedures.
* Maintain inspection measuring equipment in a safe, clean, and calibrated state.
* Perform inspection surveys on returned operational equipment.
* Conduct Quality Control checks on Operations Support processes.
* Perform Non-Destructive Testing on components for certification purposes.
* Witness pressure testing of equipment for certification.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Trained and experienced Internal Quality Auditor.
* Good knowledge of workshop procedures and practices.
* Knowledge of Risk Assessment, Job Card, and Engineering Test Procedure compliance.
* Excellent display of quality control and certification techniques.
