Key Responsibilities
  • System Requirements Development: Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
  • System Design and Development: Lead design and development activities, guide users in formulating requirements, and advise on alternative approaches.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, and ensure the technical integrity of work performed.
  • System Integration and Testing: Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination.
  • System Engineering Documentation: Contribute to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation, such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
Qualifications
  • Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
