As a Special Events Retail Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the execution of various leisure activities and special events. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation of events, managing logistics, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the coordination of all special events and leisure experiences.
  2. Monitor operational status, including lighting, audio-visual equipment, and overall cleanliness.
  3. Support the Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers by adhering to training protocols.
  4. Facilitate training for all Special Events staff to ensure a knowledgeable team.
  5. Utilize event management software for ticketing, inventory, and space allocation.
  6. Address and resolve any financial or inventory discrepancies.

Compliance and Standards:

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality regarding proprietary information.

Guest Interaction:

Welcome and engage with guests in accordance with company standards, anticipating their needs and expressing genuine appreciation for their patronage.

Communication and Teamwork:

Utilize clear and professional communication, fostering positive relationships with colleagues to achieve common objectives. Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and actively seek innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Physical Requirements:

Be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned.
