Reconstruction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team at 24 HOUR FLOOD PROS LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Allocate resources and personnel for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project success
- Negotiate with contractors to secure reasonable order costs
- Maintain strict adherence to original plans and specifications
- Ability to read and interpret Xactimate scopes of work
- Previous experience in construction management or related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
