About the Role

Xometry is seeking a skilled Virtual Quality Control Inspector to join our Quality Assurance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual quality control inspections by reviewing documents and photos uploaded into the Xometry Partner Portal and ERP.
  • Perform dimensional inspections on manufactured products, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with Case Management, Partner Support, and MRB to effectively manage rework and ensure quick turnaround times.
  • Develop and interpret Dimensional Inspection Reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality control processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dimensional inspection of manufactured products.
  • 2+ years of experience working with General Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, High QA, SolidWorks, ASANA, and Google Suite.
  • Previous remote work experience a plus.
