Sustainment Quality Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • CMMS Management: Ensure that Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) are current and accurate, with system hierarchy, SLAs, workflows, and work forms established.
  • Physical Scope Verification: Ensure that physical scope (Assets, locations) match what is reflected in CMMS.
  • Service Order Accuracy: Ensure that all service orders are accurately and comprehensively filled out by technicians.
  • Workmanship Standards: Ensure that workmanship standards are established and implemented for corrective and preventive maintenance.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure that manuals, standard operating procedures, methods of operations, and process workflows are current and available at point of use.
  • Training and Certification: Ensure that personnel are trained and certified to perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
  • Storeroom Inventory Audit: Perform storeroom inventory audit to ensure the integrity of storeroom operations.
  • Performance Metrics: Trend, track, and report on performance metrics on corrective and preventive maintenance in relation to service level agreements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to continuously improve sustainment activities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to gather issues related to sustainment performance and drive follow-up measures.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work with maintenance managers and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service levels.
  • Quality Planning: Develop, implement, review, and communicate site-specific quality plans.
  • Quality Management Systems: Develop quality management systems on project compliant to ISO 9001 and CMMI standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Systems, Construction Management, Business Management, or relevant field of study with 10-12 years of experience.
  • Experience: At least 7 years' experience in equipment operations and maintenance experience in a facilities management environment, with experience in BAS manufacturers, systems, and protocols.
  • Skills: Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, SOP, MOP, EOP, and other facility operations and maintenance documentation, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Service Level Agreements.
  • Certifications: Training in basics of mechanical, electrical, and relevant equipment from a technical school or certifications received during training classes from industry vendors.
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a HSPD-12 clearance.
