Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the biometric authentication product roadmap, aligning with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Manage product features, prioritize the backlog, and drive projects to completion in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales engineering, customer success, and production support, to drive product launches and ensure successful product adoption.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal business partners and key customers to ensure alignment and support for the product vision.
- Measure and analyze product performance, providing data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
- Craft business-friendly release notes and participate in scrum meetings to communicate feature requirements.
- Ensure data is collected and analyzed for product releases to validate market performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- 6 years of progressive experience in IT product management, with a focus on AI-based or ML-based software products and services.
- 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams as a software product owner or in software product management, with a focus on biometrics and facial recognition technologies.
- 1 year of experience managing the development of software for identity-verified authentication or biometric verification technologies.
- Working experience with Scrum teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with face recognition or liveness detection technologies.
- Academic background or work experience in international economic relations, international business management, or a combination of these fields.
- Experience with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) regulations.
