Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a high level of attention to detail to guarantee that all patients are scheduled accurately, possess valid authorizations, have all prior records secured, and that all essential clinical documentation is included in the patient's file.

Collaborate effectively with radiologists and technologists to resolve any scheduling issues or modifications.

Ensure that all scheduling matters are handled efficiently and that all tasks assigned by radiologists, technologists, and supervisors are completed promptly.

Respond to communications from other staff members, departments, and medical offices.
Uphold HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive patient information.
Organize and oversee the Onco inbox for the designated modality, addressing all email inquiries.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in radiology scheduling is essential.
Familiarity with medical records and understanding of HIPAA regulations is required.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
