The Container Store is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing solutions to their organizational challenges.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by suggesting solutions to customers and promoting products.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide expert advice to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including dusting, restocking, and vacuuming.
- Merchandise Processing: Process merchandise during early morning or evening shifts, as scheduled.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during checkout, including enrolling customers in our rewards program.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Retail Experience: Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
